#522 Elegance

Today I bring you a major mainstore release from Just Because, along with items from Collabor88, The Mesh Body Addicts Fair and Bon Voyage.

Second Life creating and blogging are so geared towards events these days that I find it really refreshing when a designer does a store release.  Annie Melson has done this with her truly gorgeous Giselle gown.  I honestly can't find enough superlatives for this gown, it is simply stunning.  It fits like a glove to my Maitreya Lara, both mesh and texturing are simply perfect, and of course, it comes in an array of gorgeous colours.  I have gone with black today simply because I rarely wear black gowns and fancied a change.

My hair is one of Vanity Fair's do's from Hair Fair.  I confess I have rarely tried their hair before but this updo is so good, I will definitely be checking out their designs more often.

I am using one of the Nantra pose sets from Collabor88 - this set is deliberately made with "quiet legs" making it perfect for long gowns. 

As you can't really see my fabulous nails in these photos, I am including the advert below because they are truly spectacular.  I love Alaskametro's work, and have fun with the "wear all five" (as in a column) options you get on many of her huds.  This Kimono set is brand new for Bon Voyage.

Today I bring you a bundle of sumptious goodies from Mesh Body Addicts Fair, plus more from The Aloha Fair.

I was pleased to see DE Designs taking part in the new Mesh Body Addicts Fair - Doc has quite a few items for sale there, but I am showing you one of his exclusive items.  I fell in love with the dress in the texture I am showing here - it looks all bright and flowery till you look a bit closer :).  The dress is available in Doc's rich deep solid colours and a variety of patterns.

My necklace and earrings are just one of the packs available from Indulge Temptation at The Aloha Fair, including a gift (quite a few of the designers have gifts available so it's worth taking a look).  I am wearing the new head from Catwa, Destiny, who is exclusively available at the Mesh Body Addicts Fair.  Out of the box, I really like Destiny and I was able to wear my applier from Insol without any problems at all.

#492 A tale of skulls and roses

Mentioning this first as my hair is a special for Fifty Linden Friday, so won't be available again in this pack after today. You get a great selection of colours in this Exclusive pack so this isn't to be missed.   

I am wearing a new Catwa head today, which is Alice - I fell in love as soon as I tried the demo, and think Alice may become my go-to head.  I am also wearing a skin applier from a new-to-me designer, Insol, and I really like it, particularly the freckles options, I do love a good freckle :).  I am a bit of a mesh head and applier freak now and love trying new ones out, but it sometimes takes me a while to feel "me" in new heads and/or skins, but this combo felt just right.

My original mesh dress is another lovely release from Entice, and is currently available at Tres Chic.  It fits beautifully on my Maitreya Lara mesh body.  You can buy the dresses individually, or in sets of 3 with a hud, or as a fatpack.  It was really hard to choose between the prints and solid colours available but I eventually settled on this one because my inner goth approves of the skulls amongst the roses :).

My shoes are brand new from Essenz for Shiny Shabby which opened today (20th) - and good luck if you try to get in during the first few days rush!

I just wanted to mention that Nantra are currently having a mega sale, so if you are a pose-a-holic like me, it is a good time to get some great poses at a fantastic price.
