 This skirt and top outfit from Flippant comes with a texture change hud. I had trouble choosing which colours to wear, but I think this combo is particularly pretty. The set also comes with a cowl scarf and some cute boots which I am not wearing - they are also texture change via hud.  The outfit is compatible with just about every fitting and mesh bod option you could want. 

I am wearing one of my favourite hairs ever, which comes from Elikatira - I am using the ravens hud and really liked this unusual colour which has the fabulous name of haze mist.

Today I am going blonde again and sharing Elikatira's new hairstyle which is available at Hairology - this is such a pretty hairstyle, lots of gentle waves and little wisps, casual and relaxed without being messy.  My lovely new skin is from WoW and is available at Designer Circle in 6 tones.  

Onto my outfit - I have never blogged anything from Flippant before but have seen a few of their items that I really liked.  This outfit comes with a texture change hud allowing you to change the texture of skirt, top and shoes (which I am not wearing) separately.  My boots from Baby Monkey come with a texture change hud allowing for separate parts to be changed with a choice of 9 basic colours plus gold.  The boots are still on their new release wall so are still 50% off for group members.  There is also an expansion hud of animal prints available. also currently half price for group members.

#440 Look what else I found in My Attic, November edition Part 2

l am back with a bevy of goodies from the current round of My Attic at the Deck, but firstly I must mention my skin which is a new group gift at Lumae.  You get every tone in the pack, along with every applier you could ever want - and an added bonus for this redhead (usually) is that Lumiya includes ginger and red brow options and freckle options too.

My hair is one of the goodies from this round of My Attic at the Deck, and like everything during the course of the event, it is just 95L per hud.  I have very little experience of enVogue but I love, love, love this wonderfully high and exquisitely coiffed updo - I will definitely be watching out for more from them.  My dress and shoes are also available at My Attic, both from Fission and both in an array of colour choices.  The final My Attic element in this post is the pose pack from Kirin which I had fun playing with.

Not at My Attic, but definitely worthy of a mention, are my necklace and earrings which are from Indulge Temptation and currently available in 7 different hud versions at Designer Circle.  As with everything I have tried from IT, they are beautifully crafted and the huds make it so versatile.

#255 Marguerite meets burlesque

Today I am showing you something available exclusively by adoness at District 5.  It consists of a body suit in a beautifully rich dark ruby colour with a gothic design and silver studs, along with a crinoline in black with the same ruby colour highlights.

I wanted something a bit different hair-wise and found this in my inventory - Lana comes with both straight and the asymmetrical fringe I am wearing here.  I used the Infinity hud to find the colour I wanted.  My skin is one of the Belleza new releases exclusive for the Black Fashion Fair.(which is on till the 22nd).  These skins are quite different to any I have seen from Belleza before and I really love that they are mixing it up.

As luck would have it, *~*HopScotch*~* have released a pair of add-ons for SLink medium feet for the opening round of My Slink Obsession (which also ends on the 22nd).   They are rigged, beautifully made, and I thought they went perfectly with Adoness's Marguerite.  They are 40% off during MSO and will then be at the *~*HopScotch*~* main store for full price.

Doctor Doctor (Who?), there's a waitress in my cupcake!

“Cupcake.  Mmmm.  Wow"

ZsaZsa decided I wasn't giving her enough allowance so took it upon herself to get a job in a cafe - she also wanted to show off the fab new aprons she found in her inventory.

Trouble was, she can't resist a cupcake, so when she saw this gigantic one lying around, without a second thought, she couldn't help herself.…...........

......................and forgetting Health & Safety regulations, she just launched herself head first…..........

.............. and the only noise heard in the cafe, other than the gasps of shock from the customers, was the muffled nom noms while ZsaZsa ate so much cake that she started to feel a bit sick.  Even she had to accept that this is not a particularly flattering shot of her, and she ruined her Eggsterminate apron too, and that was her favourite.

Thankfully, *~*HopScotch*~* have done a whole line of fabulously geeky aprons for the Geeks'n'Nerds fair, so she has plenty of aprons to change into. 

Also, as she didn't jump feet first into the cupcake, so her fab new flatties were safe,

Sadly, all that cake made ZsaZsa feel tired, and when the boss came back and found her lying on top of the giant cupcake snoring, her feet didn't touch the ground as he gave her the sack. Always one to look on the bright side, ZsaZsa says that at least when she gets herself another waitressing job, she has five other aprons to choose from - but between you and I, I doubt cupcake diving waitresses are in much demand in any life.

Yep, I admit it, I am a Doctor Who and Star Trek fan, sorry!.  My inner geek absolutely loves these rigged mesh aprons and flats from  *~*HopScotch*~*- there are 3 Doctor Who aprons and 3 Star Trek. The cute little flats are also from  *~*HopScotch*~* for the same fair, along with a pair of Bowtie flats, not shown here.  There is also a set of aprons for male cooks, and a sonic screwdriver with poses

Rebel against Yourself

I love the vintage glamour of this hair, which is the midnight mania item for this month from  Alice Project - and this board is open to non-members, so run on down and slap it! You get a hud with it so you can change the colour to whatever you prefer.  The gorgeous jewellery set from Maxi Gossamer is texture change, and I love how it "fills" the neckline. The pose for the last picture comes from Kirin, and is at the latest round of Acid Lily.  the dress is one of a number of colours to choose from the current round of FaMESHed.

Since starting to blog, and after a lot of experimentation - and a large number of cringes when I look at my early posts, I have learned a lot about my preferences, and think I am finally finding, the "core" ZsaZsa - the Belleza Leila skin, the dark lips & nails, and the wing eyeliner.  I have always loved vintage fashion, and this look seems to reflect that.

Someone commented that each month I am producing less blog posts and does this mean I am losing interest?  Far from it, in fact the opposite - I now take much longer to produce a post as I take my time over it, and have become really fussy - for every post I do produce, there is often 2 which have been binned because I wasn't happy with some aspect of them, or the whole look just wasn't "me" enough.
