#419 My body is here but my heart is at the beach

Today I am bringing you brand new items from Mesh Body Addicts Fair, Collabor88, Uber, FaMESHed, The Aloha Fair & The Gacha Garden.  I am wearing the LAQ head, Trinity, along with a Glam Affair applier. 

My shorts from Mon Cheri for Mesh Body Addicts Fair come in a whole heap of pretty colours, each with a separate belt with a texture change hud.  You can buy them in a fat pack or singly but you get an extra colour if you buy the fatpack.  I love the frayed hemline, the textures are very realistic and the fit absolute perfection my Maitreya Lara

My necklace and earrings are a brand new set from Cae for FaMESHed and I love love love it!  I have one very like it in real life, but this is better because it comes with a wonderful texture change hud - I wish they would hurry up and make them in real life!  The necklace is actually 3 in one, as you can use the hud to hide any of the three for different looks or to work with different tops.  My bracelet is also by Cae for The Gacha Garden - the bracelet itself is free, and the charms are won on the gacha.

#291 Catch a falling snow flake

Tomm is away on business for a few days so instead of doing all the things she should be doing, Zsa decided to put on her wellies (or gum boots if you are posh) and play in the snow, doing her very best to catch a snowflake, but not finding it very easy.

While she is otherwise occupied, let me tell you what she is wearing.  Her cozy jacket comes in a pack of 3 different textures from Irries Dollhouse for the Flawless Gingerbread Block Party & Hunt Event which runs until January 2.  Her dress is one of many lovely colour choices from Centreville.  It has short sleeves and would be great for a night out dancing, but Zsa wanted to wear it to play in the snow, and who am I to argue, I'm just the typist that does all the work for her while she frolics in the snow like a fool - she never thanks me either!

Her snowflake poses come from Eternal Dream who are sponsoring the Better Not Pout Gacha Hunt which runs until 31 December.  These poses and others can be found in the gacha machine at their store.  

Ah, she got one, hopefully she will go back indoors now to check on the kittycats

Silly girl just put the snowflake in her pocket, "like the song" she said - I didn't like to tell her the song is actually about catching a falling star, not a snowflake.  She will find out when she finds she has a very soggy pocket and no snowflake - but at least she will have these photos to remind her of the day she caught one, even for a brief moment.

I wanted to do a quick post today as the last one took me so long to put together.  This is my first post wearing the new fitted mesh, though early on I blogged the Redgrave "Liquid Mesh" jeans which I absolutely love.  Anyway, I was looking forward to trying the new stuff - and so far, so good. This dress just slipped on so easily - no tweaking, fiddling, adjusting to be made - bliss!

Just in case fitted mesh doesn't work for you, you get both the fitted mesh and normal 5 sizes in the pack for this dress, along with a colour change hud.  I pulled on my favourite Mutresse boots, and went for a walk in a peaceful Japanese garden - I was so lazy I even resisted the urge to change the boot textures to match the dress!

Stilna at FaMESHed

I can't imagine there is anyone in sl that doesn't love Mutresse - they are one of the small group of designers I never bother with a demo for, because their mesh is so beautifully made that even if I have to tweak my shape a bit to fit, it is no big deal and well worth it.  

As it happens, this dress fit like a dream right away.  It is as always, a uniquely wonderful piece of meshwork, with a hud allowing you to customise the many different dress parts to your heart's content.  This dress is currently available at FaMESHed.

A very pretty harvest

You know that great feeling when you try on an outfit and it is just perfect in every way?  That is how I felt about this new set from Sakide the moment I tried it on.  .  It fit perfectly with no tweaking - I like off shoulder tops but rarely find one that works, they are either too small or too big and no amount of tweaking will make the mesh/alpha/avvie combination work.  Not so with this set, it fits like a dream, even when dancing (the real test for me when wearing mesh).

It is available at Perfect Wardrobe until 13 December.  Colours choices are black, blue, pink, rose, wine, red, cream and white, all of which I have shown above.  Each colour pack comes with three tops - plain, snowflake and leafy.  The pants are not a style I would normally wear, but I absolutely love these and am sure they will be worn again and again.  Not only do they fit incredibly well, the textures are just perfect.

As it is so hot irl, I had to do a quick shoot to try to cool myself down.  Has it worked? Nope, just made me intensely jealous of ZZ who has those cool ocean breezes wafting over her.
